Responsibilities
- Provide world-class customer service
- Answer customer product and technical questions
- Assist customers through the sale process
- Document and report technical or quality issues to product teams
- Provide suggestions for new products
Required Skills
- Customer service skills
- Technical experience with cars/trucks
- Computer skills (word processing and spreadsheets)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Preferred Skills
- MSD and Holley Sniper Knowledge
- Bilingualism (English/Spanish)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ASE certificate or vocational certificate or 2-year degree in automotive field
