Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sales plan to meet sales objectives
- Build relationships with key decision-makers at facilities
- Perform prospect visits to promote staffing services
- Manage client relationships to generate referrals
- Relay customer needs to recruiters
- Reverse market Physicians and APPs to clients
- Maintain profit margin with quality submittals
- Exceed budget expectations
- Monitor customer satisfaction through metrics
- Attend networking events for business relationships
- Identify new opportunities for portfolio growth
Mandatory Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in Locum Tenens staffing
- Sales and Business Development experience
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Customer service skills
