Responsibilities
- drive sales and develop business in LTC territory
- manage relationships with prescribers and care team
- promote Acadia products and provide education
- create and execute quarterly business/action plans
- guidance on pricing and reimbursement
- collaborate with cross-functional partners
- represent Acadia at conferences and training sessions
- mentor and train new Sales Specialists
- maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
Mandatory Requirements
- 1-2 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare
- in-depth knowledge of neuroscience
- LTC market dynamics
- payers systems (Part A, Part D)
- specialty distribution
- applicable LTC regulations
- Bachelor’s degree
- valid driver’s license
- advanced selling and negotiation skills
Preferred Requirements
- experience in neuroscience sales
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- experience in virtual engagement platforms
