Responsibilities

  • drive sales and develop business in LTC territory
  • manage relationships with prescribers and care team
  • promote Acadia products and provide education
  • create and execute quarterly business/action plans
  • guidance on pricing and reimbursement
  • collaborate with cross-functional partners
  • represent Acadia at conferences and training sessions
  • mentor and train new Sales Specialists
  • maintain compliance with regulatory requirements

Mandatory Requirements

  • 1-2 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare
  • in-depth knowledge of neuroscience
  • LTC market dynamics
  • payers systems (Part A, Part D)
  • specialty distribution
  • applicable LTC regulations
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • valid driver’s license
  • advanced selling and negotiation skills

Preferred Requirements

  • experience in neuroscience sales
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • experience in virtual engagement platforms
