  • Design and launch end-to-end enablement framework
  • Develop foundational content library
  • Implement systems and processes for enabling programs
  • Translate product specs into field-ready assets
  • Create and maintain demo environments and technical playbooks
  • Deliver ongoing training and refreshers across various teams
  • Identify performance gaps and refine programs
  • Develop partner enablement toolkits

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in Sales Enablement
  • Experience in Pre-Sales or Product Marketing within B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record creating sales content
  • Strong technical acumen in cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, APIs, or AI technologies
  • Hands-on familiarity with modern LMS/CMS tools
