Responsibilities
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns targeting key decision-makers
- Initiate and build prospect lists
- Conduct initial lead qualification
- Document and refine the outbound sales playbook
- Maintain records in CRM and manage contact information
Required Skills
- 2+ years experience as Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR)
- Experience in early-stage B2B SaaS environment
- Ability to book meetings with C-level executives
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Experience with CRM software
Preferred Skills
- Experience selling B2B solutions to hospitals or health systems
- Fluency in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Experience in complex, regulated industries
