Responsibilities

  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns targeting key decision-makers
  • Initiate and build prospect lists
  • Conduct initial lead qualification
  • Document and refine the outbound sales playbook
  • Maintain records in CRM and manage contact information

Required Skills

  • 2+ years experience as Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR)
  • Experience in early-stage B2B SaaS environment
  • Ability to book meetings with C-level executives
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Experience with CRM software

Preferred Skills

  • Experience selling B2B solutions to hospitals or health systems
  • Fluency in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
  • Experience in complex, regulated industries
