Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new customers
  • Effectively position Quest’s solutions to solve business challenges
  • Develop relationships with C-level decision-makers
  • Manage complex sales cycles from prospecting to closure
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan across multiple states
  • Work with channel and reseller partners
  • Stay informed on industry trends and customer needs

Required Skills

  • 10 years of B2B software sales experience
  • Track record of exceeding quota
  • Experience selling solutions in Data Governance, AI Readiness, Database Management, or Enterprise Software
  • Ability to sell to large Strategic accounts with a focus on C-level
  • Experience managing a multi-state territory
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills

Preferred Skills

  • Strong knowledge of data, compliance, cloud, and AI trends
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving SaaS environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
