Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert supporting the sales team
  • Own pre-contract technical sales support with prospects and partners
  • Work with the sales team to close new business
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and customer requests
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the product team
  • Support post-sales teams with knowledge transfer and solution validation
  • Own and develop relationships with 3rd party channel partners

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience supporting a sales team offering enterprise software solutions
  • Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in healthcare technology
  • Familiarity with precision medicine or genetics
  • Knowledge of healthcare delivery mechanisms and electronic medical record solutions including Epic, Cerner, Athena
  • Certified in EPIC
  • Lean Six Sigma certification
  • Experience with general consulting principles such as team facilitation, business case development, business analysis, process mapping, and process redesign
