Responsibilities

  • Formulate sales goals and objectives
  • Manage, mentor, and coordinate sales resources
  • Drive ERS products for electrical testing division
  • Administer phases of the sales management process
  • Evaluate inside and outside sales performance
  • Provide coaching and developmental support to sales team
  • Supervise Sales Engineers and Business Development Manager
  • Plan strategies with customers
  • Implement partnering strategies with Local Business Partners
  • Define markets and identify sales strategies
  • Participate in senior management meetings and special projects

Required Skills

  • Graduate Engineer (BSEE/BSME)
  • 10-15 years of management of a sales team
  • Knowledge of electrical distribution systems
  • Valid Driver’s License

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (NERC, NFPA 790 and 791)
  • Experience with Compliance/Alternative Energy Solutions
