Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth through leadership and execution of regional Enterprise programs
  • Oversee expansion of Stripe’s existing enterprise footprint
  • Develop and refine Americas Enterprise strategy
  • Make hiring decisions and refine onboarding strategy
  • Create structure for GTM ideas and product sales campaigns
  • Define key sales support mechanisms and processes
  • Build a world-class organization and sales playbook
  • Lead teams of Regional Sales Directors and Enterprise Account Executives
  • Develop long-term vision and strategy for the team
  • Influence sales methodology/process and drive best practices
  • Engage with strategic opportunities and lead executive relationships
  • Work cross-functionally to shape Stripe's product roadmap

Mandatory Requirements

  • 15+ years of people management experience
  • Experience leading Enterprise Sales organizations
  • Experience building teams across multiple regions
  • Ability to hire, train and coach a sales team
  • Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills

Preferred Requirements

  • Prior experience at a growth stage Internet/software company
  • Prior experience in enterprise sales, partnerships and/or business development
  • Prior experience in the payments industry, card issuing or financial services
