Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth through leadership and execution of regional Enterprise programs
- Oversee expansion of Stripe’s existing enterprise footprint
- Develop and refine Americas Enterprise strategy
- Make hiring decisions and refine onboarding strategy
- Create structure for GTM ideas and product sales campaigns
- Define key sales support mechanisms and processes
- Build a world-class organization and sales playbook
- Lead teams of Regional Sales Directors and Enterprise Account Executives
- Develop long-term vision and strategy for the team
- Influence sales methodology/process and drive best practices
- Engage with strategic opportunities and lead executive relationships
- Work cross-functionally to shape Stripe's product roadmap
Mandatory Requirements
- 15+ years of people management experience
- Experience leading Enterprise Sales organizations
- Experience building teams across multiple regions
- Ability to hire, train and coach a sales team
- Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills
Preferred Requirements
- Prior experience at a growth stage Internet/software company
- Prior experience in enterprise sales, partnerships and/or business development
- Prior experience in the payments industry, card issuing or financial services
