Responsibilities
- Own channel strategy and partner acquisition
- Deliver the Vasion pitch to win partners
- Evaluate products and recommend enhancements
- Achieve growth and exceed sales targets
- Recruit, set objectives, coach, and monitor performance of CAM team
- Build strong partner relationships
- Coach and mentor team members
- Work with finance, operations, sales, and marketing teams
- Devise and implement go-to-market strategies
Mandatory Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive sales experience
- 5+ years of experience managing high-performing sales teams
- Experience managing a team of CAMs in a channel sales environment
- Proven success in developing partner ecosystems in SaaS or technology sectors
- Experience building scalable channel growth programs
- Experience presenting and selling technology solutions
- Must have experience with Salesforce and DOMO
