Responsibilities

  • Own channel strategy and partner acquisition
  • Deliver the Vasion pitch to win partners
  • Evaluate products and recommend enhancements
  • Achieve growth and exceed sales targets
  • Recruit, set objectives, coach, and monitor performance of CAM team
  • Build strong partner relationships
  • Coach and mentor team members
  • Work with finance, operations, sales, and marketing teams
  • Devise and implement go-to-market strategies

Mandatory Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive sales experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing high-performing sales teams
  • Experience managing a team of CAMs in a channel sales environment
  • Proven success in developing partner ecosystems in SaaS or technology sectors
  • Experience building scalable channel growth programs
  • Experience presenting and selling technology solutions
  • Must have experience with Salesforce and DOMO
