Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to develop sales strategies
- Translate customer requirements into solution overviews
- Conduct product demonstrations tailored to specific client needs
- Complete site surveys and technical documentation
- Assist in responding to RFPs with expert product knowledge
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Sales team
- Provide onboarding guidance to customers
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends in emergency technology
Mandatory Requirements
- 3+ years of Sales Engineering experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
- Working knowledge of IP Networking
- Working knowledge of IP Telephony
- Enterprise SaaS deployments
- Ability to travel approximately 50%
Preferred Requirements
- Strong preference for AWS cloud solutions
- Good understanding of the MEDDPICC process
- Experience leading technical whiteboarding sessions
- Understanding of public-safety communications
