Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives to develop sales strategies
  • Translate customer requirements into solution overviews
  • Conduct product demonstrations tailored to specific client needs
  • Complete site surveys and technical documentation
  • Assist in responding to RFPs with expert product knowledge
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and Sales team
  • Provide onboarding guidance to customers
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends in emergency technology

Mandatory Requirements

  • 3+ years of Sales Engineering experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Working knowledge of IP Networking
  • Working knowledge of IP Telephony
  • Enterprise SaaS deployments
  • Ability to travel approximately 50%

Preferred Requirements

  • Strong preference for AWS cloud solutions
  • Good understanding of the MEDDPICC process
  • Experience leading technical whiteboarding sessions
  • Understanding of public-safety communications
