Responsibilities

  • Acquisition of new customers and management of existing customer relationships (no cold calls)
  • Maintenance and follow-up of existing customers
  • Identification of market potentials and development of individual solution offerings for customers
  • Competent and sustainable customer support

Required Skills

  • German as a first language
  • Basic PC skills
  • High self-organization and motivation
  • Willingness to work shifts (early and late shifts in rotation within the German time zone)

Preferred Skills

  • Sales experience (advantageous but not necessary)
  • Experience in customer support
