Responsibilities
- Acquisition of new customers and management of existing customer relationships (no cold calls)
- Maintenance and follow-up of existing customers
- Identification of market potentials and development of individual solution offerings for customers
- Competent and sustainable customer support
Required Skills
- German as a first language
- Basic PC skills
- High self-organization and motivation
- Willingness to work shifts (early and late shifts in rotation within the German time zone)
Preferred Skills
- Sales experience (advantageous but not necessary)
- Experience in customer support
