Sales Support Specialist, Back-End (Loan Processor)

Caribou provides technology to help customers refinance auto loans, primarily focusing on pairing them with community banks and credit unions.

Responsibilities

• be the primary driver of the bottom of the funnel
• oversee Loan Advisor requests
• own post-sale deals to completion
• act as the primary customer point of contact post sale
• escalate loan/product issues to the Loan Advisor
• monitor and resubmit daily declines as needed
• monitor active pipeline and move deals forward
• support completion of ad hoc manager tasks
• help backfill Caribou Care Queue duties upon request

Mandatory Requirements

• 1+ years prior loan processing experience
• computer literacy
• high school diploma/GED or higher
• authorization to work in the USA
