Sales Operations Manager

Responsibilities
- Review and oversee Salesforce pipeline data
- Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers
- Monitor coverage vs. quota in Salesforce dashboards
- Track renewal opportunities in Salesforce
- Support priority opportunities during quarter-end
- Run weekly forecast calls with sales leaders
- Collect and structure field feedback on products, pricing, and processes
Required Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Management, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, modeling, automation)
- Experience with Salesforce and sales-related tools
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Tech-savvy with strong knowledge of Salesforce
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a SaaS company
- Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
- Previous experience in cross-functional projects or company-wide initiatives
