Responsibilities

  • Review and oversee Salesforce pipeline data
  • Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers
  • Monitor coverage vs. quota in Salesforce dashboards
  • Track renewal opportunities in Salesforce
  • Support priority opportunities during quarter-end
  • Run weekly forecast calls with sales leaders
  • Collect and structure field feedback on products, pricing, and processes

Required Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Management, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, modeling, automation)
  • Experience with Salesforce and sales-related tools
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Tech-savvy with strong knowledge of Salesforce

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in a SaaS company
  • Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
  • Previous experience in cross-functional projects or company-wide initiatives
