Responsibilities

  • Engage with qualified leads on course choice and enrollment
  • Manage the student application process
  • Respond to a high volume of prospective students
  • Work towards KPIs and exceed admissions targets
  • Continuously learn and master course offerings
  • Host and lead information sessions and sales events
  • Support training and development of junior admissions staff
  • Complete admissions administration effectively
  • Identify new business opportunities

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of professional solution-based consultation experience
  • 1+ years exposure to the tech industry in South Africa
  • 2+ years of full-time sales experience in a closing sales role
  • 1+ years working through complex sales cycles
  • 2+ years of meeting revenue targets
  • 2+ years managing an accurate pipeline with a CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in education or e-learning space
  • Understanding of programming languages such as Java and Python
  • Related Marketing, Commerce or Tech Bachelor's or Honours Degree
  • 1+ years experience in digital marketing and lead generation
  • 1+ years experience in a team leadership or senior role
