Responsibilities
- Engage with qualified leads for course advice and enrollment
- Manage the student application process
- Proactively respond to prospective students through various communication methods
- Work towards KPIs and exceed admissions targets
- Continuously learn course offerings
- Host information sessions and sales events
- Support training of junior admissions staff
- Ensure effective administration of admissions
- Identify new business opportunities
Required Skills
- 3+ years of professional, solution-based consultation experience
- 2+ years of professional, full-time sales experience in a closing sales role
- 1+ years of experience working through complex sales cycles
- 2+ years of track record of meeting revenue targets
- 2+ years of experience managing a pipeline and reporting from a CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in an education or e-learning space
- Understanding of programming languages such as Java and Python
- Related Marketing, Commerce or Tech Bachelor's or Honours Degree
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing and lead generation
- 1+ years of experience in a team leadership or senior role
