Responsibilities
- Lead partner acquisition and recruitment efforts
- Define channel IPP and build campaigns
- Design and execute outreach campaigns
- Collaborate with Channel Sales
- Execute co-marketing campaigns with partners
- Support onboarding of new partners
- Translate messaging into partner-ready campaigns
- Manage communication messaging
- Track usage of partner materials
- Analyze partner marketing ROI
- Own budget allocation and campaign effectiveness tracking
Required Skills
- 10+ years in B2B SaaS channel or indirect marketing roles
- Global experience
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems
- Experience launching partner campaigns
- In-depth understanding of partner support platforms
- Strong project management skills
- CRM/automation tool skills (HubSpot preferred)
