Responsibilities
- Engage with qualified leads on course choices
- Manage the student application process
- Proactively manage a high volume of prospective students
- Work towards KPIs and exceed admissions targets
- Continuously learn course offerings
- Host information sessions and sales events
- Support training of junior admissions staff
- Ensure effective administration relating to admissions
- Identify new business opportunities
Required Skills
- 3+ years of professional solution-based consultation experience
- 1+ years exposure to the tech industry in South Africa
- 2+ years of professional sales experience in a closing sales role
- 1+ years of experience with complex sales cycles
- 2+ years of meeting revenue targets
- 2+ years managing a pipeline and reporting from a CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to record productivity and maintain sales CRM systems
Preferred Skills
- Experience in education or e-learning space
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java and Python
- Related Bachelor's or Honours Degree in Marketing, Commerce or Tech
- 1+ years in digital marketing and lead generation
- 1+ years in a team leadership or senior role
