Responsibilities

  • Engage with qualified leads on course choices
  • Manage the student application process
  • Proactively manage a high volume of prospective students
  • Work towards KPIs and exceed admissions targets
  • Continuously learn course offerings
  • Host information sessions and sales events
  • Support training of junior admissions staff
  • Ensure effective administration relating to admissions
  • Identify new business opportunities

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of professional solution-based consultation experience
  • 1+ years exposure to the tech industry in South Africa
  • 2+ years of professional sales experience in a closing sales role
  • 1+ years of experience with complex sales cycles
  • 2+ years of meeting revenue targets
  • 2+ years managing a pipeline and reporting from a CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to record productivity and maintain sales CRM systems

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in education or e-learning space
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Java and Python
  • Related Bachelor's or Honours Degree in Marketing, Commerce or Tech
  • 1+ years in digital marketing and lead generation
  • 1+ years in a team leadership or senior role
