Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective students advising on course choices and enrollment
  • Manage the student application process including interviews and guidance
  • Proactively manage and respond to 100+ prospective students daily
  • Work towards KPIs and exceed admissions targets
  • Continuously learn and master course offerings
  • Host and lead information sessions and sales events
  • Support training and development of junior admissions staff
  • Ensure effective completion of admissions administration
  • Identify opportunities for new business
  • Meet deadlines and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of professional, solution-based consultation experience
  • 2+ years of professional, full-time sales experience in a closing sales role
  • 1+ years exposure to the tech industry in South Africa
  • 2+ years of experience managing an accurate pipeline and reporting from a CRM
  • 2+ years’ track record of meeting revenue targets and performance quotas
  • Ability to record productivity and maintain sales CRM systems
  • Excellent communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in an education or e-learning space
  • Understanding or knowledge of programming languages such as Java and Python
  • Related Marketing, Commerce or Tech Bachelor's or Honours Degree
  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing and lead generation
  • 1+ years of experience in a team leadership or senior role
