Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective students advising on course choices and enrollment
- Manage the student application process including interviews and guidance
- Proactively manage and respond to 100+ prospective students daily
- Work towards KPIs and exceed admissions targets
- Continuously learn and master course offerings
- Host and lead information sessions and sales events
- Support training and development of junior admissions staff
- Ensure effective completion of admissions administration
- Identify opportunities for new business
- Meet deadlines and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Required Skills
- 3+ years of professional, solution-based consultation experience
- 2+ years of professional, full-time sales experience in a closing sales role
- 1+ years exposure to the tech industry in South Africa
- 2+ years of experience managing an accurate pipeline and reporting from a CRM
- 2+ years’ track record of meeting revenue targets and performance quotas
- Ability to record productivity and maintain sales CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in an education or e-learning space
- Understanding or knowledge of programming languages such as Java and Python
- Related Marketing, Commerce or Tech Bachelor's or Honours Degree
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing and lead generation
- 1+ years of experience in a team leadership or senior role
