Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan
  • Manage and expand sales opportunities in assigned territory
  • Educate and influence agencies on RFPs
  • Work on executive summaries and win themes for RFPs
  • Represent ClassWallet at State/National events
  • Partner with system integrators and other organizations
  • Negotiate state level contracts
  • Forecast sales pipeline in CRM

Mandatory Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in sales to State and Local Agencies
  • Experience closing enterprise opportunities
  • Knowledge of State and Local government procurement processes
  • Ability to cultivate funding sources

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience creating partnerships with System Integrators and technology companies
  • Knowledge of contracts and agreements negotiation
