Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan
- Manage and expand sales opportunities in assigned territory
- Educate and influence agencies on RFPs
- Work on executive summaries and win themes for RFPs
- Represent ClassWallet at State/National events
- Partner with system integrators and other organizations
- Negotiate state level contracts
- Forecast sales pipeline in CRM
Mandatory Requirements
- 5 years of experience in sales to State and Local Agencies
- Experience closing enterprise opportunities
- Knowledge of State and Local government procurement processes
- Ability to cultivate funding sources
Preferred Requirements
- Experience creating partnerships with System Integrators and technology companies
- Knowledge of contracts and agreements negotiation
