Responsibilities
- Engage with qualified leads about course choices and enrollment
- Manage the student application process
- Proactively manage a high volume of prospective students
- Work towards KPIs and exceed admissions targets
- Continuously learn and master course offerings
- Host and lead information sessions and sales events
- Support training of junior admissions staff
- Ensure effective administration of admissions
- Identify opportunities for new business
- Work under pressure while managing time well
Required Skills
- 3+ years of professional, solution-based consultation experience
- 2+ years of professional, full-time sales experience in a closing sales role
- 1+ years of experience working through complex sales cycles
- 2+ years track record of meeting revenue targets
- 2+ years of experience managing an accurate pipeline in a CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in education or e-learning
- Understanding of programming languages such as Java and Python
- Related Marketing, Commerce or Tech Bachelor's or Honours Degree
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing and lead generation
- 1+ years of experience in a team leadership or senior role
