Responsibilities

  • Engage with qualified leads about course choices and enrollment
  • Manage the student application process
  • Proactively manage a high volume of prospective students
  • Work towards KPIs and exceed admissions targets
  • Continuously learn and master course offerings
  • Host and lead information sessions and sales events
  • Support training of junior admissions staff
  • Ensure effective administration of admissions
  • Identify opportunities for new business
  • Work under pressure while managing time well

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of professional, solution-based consultation experience
  • 2+ years of professional, full-time sales experience in a closing sales role
  • 1+ years of experience working through complex sales cycles
  • 2+ years track record of meeting revenue targets
  • 2+ years of experience managing an accurate pipeline in a CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in education or e-learning
  • Understanding of programming languages such as Java and Python
  • Related Marketing, Commerce or Tech Bachelor's or Honours Degree
  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing and lead generation
  • 1+ years of experience in a team leadership or senior role
