Responsibilities
- Define and execute Utila's sales and partnership strategy across Africa
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities with banks, fintechs, payment companies, and institutional clients
- Establish and nurture executive-level relationships with key stakeholders, regulators, and ecosystem partners
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements
- Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams
- Represent Utila at industry events and forums
- Provide market intelligence and feedback for product development
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
- Experience in fintech, payments, or digital assets
- Strong network across African financial institutions or fintechs
- Proven track record of driving enterprise-level deals and revenue growth
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
