Responsibilities
- Lead creation of ServiceNow Line of Business
- Craft go-to-market strategy
- Forge partner ecosystem
- Drive team certifications
- Establish P&L and performance frameworks
- Inspire matrixed capture team
- Identify high-value ServiceNow deals
- Develop capture plans
- Build relationships with clients
- Cultivate alliances with industry leaders
- Drive competitive analysis and pricing models
- Collaborate with proposal teams
- Present at industry events
- Manage P&L and deliver success
Mandatory Requirements
- 10+ years of ServiceNow experience
- Proven capture leader
- P&L ownership experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Self-starter mentality
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow sales cycles
Preferred Requirements
- Familiarity with federal acquisition processes
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Established relationships within federal IT buyer communities
- CIS-ITSM certification
- Knowledge of FedRAMP requirements
- Existing Secret or Top Secret clearance
