Responsibilities

  • Create markets, actively meet potential end customers, and identify new business opportunities
  • Make cold calls, book meetings, and present solutions
  • Assist customers in defining their needs and offering suitable solutions
  • Develop and maintain a partner network, providing sales support and building business with them
  • Participate proactively in marketing products and solutions at relevant business fairs, events, and social media

Required Skills

  • Experience/education in sales, locksmithing, security, or electronics
  • Experience in technical sales or systems for the public and corporate market (B2B)
  • Technical understanding of digital locks and/or access control
  • Ability to develop long-term customer relationships
  • Fluent in Norwegian and good English
  • Self-driven 'Hunter profile'
  • Result-oriented with a high focus on execution
  • Willingness to travel
  • Driver's license class B
  • Good IT skills, familiar with CRM, Teams, and pipeline management
  • Ability to provide a criminal record certificate and security clearance via NSM
