Responsibilities

  • Qualify and nurture inbound leads
  • Identify and prospect target accounts
  • Research and map key accounts
  • Execute multi-channel outreach
  • Collaborate with Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate CRM information
  • Act as the first point of contact for potential customers
  • Improve outreach sequences and messaging
  • Stay current on product roadmap and competitive landscape
  • Participate in feedback loops with Marketing and Product

Required Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience as an SDR in B2B SaaS sales development
  • Experience targeting developers, SREs, DevOps, or Platform teams
  • Confidence in cold outreach
  • Understanding of sales processes
  • Lead generation strategies
  • Sales funnel management
  • Ability to analyze data for decision-making
  • Experience with automation tools
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Hubspot and Clay
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • English native speaker or equivalent proficiency

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience in developing AI-driven sales tools or autonomous meeting agents
  • Familiarity with multi-agent systems
  • Experience with CRM systems and their integration with AI tools
