Responsibilities
- Qualify and nurture inbound leads
- Identify and prospect target accounts
- Research and map key accounts
- Execute multi-channel outreach
- Collaborate with Account Executives
- Maintain accurate CRM information
- Act as the first point of contact for potential customers
- Improve outreach sequences and messaging
- Stay current on product roadmap and competitive landscape
- Participate in feedback loops with Marketing and Product
Required Skills
- 1-2 years of experience as an SDR in B2B SaaS sales development
- Experience targeting developers, SREs, DevOps, or Platform teams
- Confidence in cold outreach
- Understanding of sales processes
- Lead generation strategies
- Sales funnel management
- Ability to analyze data for decision-making
- Experience with automation tools
- Familiarity with platforms such as Hubspot and Clay
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- English native speaker or equivalent proficiency
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in developing AI-driven sales tools or autonomous meeting agents
- Familiarity with multi-agent systems
- Experience with CRM systems and their integration with AI tools
