Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full enterprise sales cycle
  • Identify opportunities for new partnerships
  • Leverage existing relationships to identify new partnership opportunities
  • Proactively schedule and lead meetings with C-suite executives
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key partners during the sales process
  • Negotiate, structure, and finalize complex partnership agreements
  • Draft and review partnership contracts
  • Monitor and enforce contractual obligations
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Analyze partnership performance and recommend optimizations
  • Report on partnership outcomes to executive leadership

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales
  • Proven track record of developing and managing strategic partnerships
  • Experience with value-based selling strategies/products
  • Experience owning the full sales cycle
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Prior experience in Fintech or Lending products
  • Proficiency with forecasting, CRM, and sales enablement tools

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with employee benefits and financial wellness products/value
  • Ability to develop territorial or vertical-based demand and GTM strategies
  • Existing relationships/book of business in the HR, Payroll, and ACM verticals
