Responsibilities
- Oversee the full enterprise sales cycle
- Identify opportunities for new partnerships
- Leverage existing relationships to identify new partnership opportunities
- Proactively schedule and lead meetings with C-suite executives
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key partners during the sales process
- Negotiate, structure, and finalize complex partnership agreements
- Draft and review partnership contracts
- Monitor and enforce contractual obligations
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Analyze partnership performance and recommend optimizations
- Report on partnership outcomes to executive leadership
Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales
- Proven track record of developing and managing strategic partnerships
- Experience with value-based selling strategies/products
- Experience owning the full sales cycle
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Prior experience in Fintech or Lending products
- Proficiency with forecasting, CRM, and sales enablement tools
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with employee benefits and financial wellness products/value
- Ability to develop territorial or vertical-based demand and GTM strategies
- Existing relationships/book of business in the HR, Payroll, and ACM verticals
