Responsibilities

  • Recruit and hire a sales team
  • Manage sellers to hit productivity metrics
  • Instill disciplinary approach to pipeline generation
  • Develop account strategy for region
  • Partner with Sales Engineering for product demos
  • Build partnerships with customers for retention
  • Forecast revenue to leadership
  • Develop relationships with channel partners
  • Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Cultivate and close new business at executive levels

Required Skills

  • 2+ years sales experience
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • 2+ years leading a sales team
  • Experience closing complex sales
  • Experience with deals of $50K - $100K
  • Strong presentation and communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with consultative, value-based sales methodologies
  • Experience in security, networking and/or software solutions
