Responsibilities
- Recruit and hire a sales team
- Manage sellers to hit productivity metrics
- Instill disciplinary approach to pipeline generation
- Develop account strategy for region
- Partner with Sales Engineering for product demos
- Build partnerships with customers for retention
- Forecast revenue to leadership
- Develop relationships with channel partners
- Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews
- Cultivate and close new business at executive levels
Required Skills
- 2+ years sales experience
- Track record of exceeding sales quotas
- 2+ years leading a sales team
- Experience closing complex sales
- Experience with deals of $50K - $100K
- Strong presentation and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with consultative, value-based sales methodologies
- Experience in security, networking and/or software solutions
