Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and deliver tailored product demonstrations
- Architect solutions that integrate Contentstack’s Data & Insights platform
- Lead technical evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and pilot projects
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers providing best practices for data integration
- Differentiate Contentstack’s platform from legacy martech systems
- Support enterprise sales cycles with RFP responses and technical deep-dives
- Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams for customer satisfaction
- Relay customer feedback to Product Management and Engineering
Mandatory Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or similar pre-sales technical roles
- Experience within SaaS, MarTech, CDP, or analytics platforms
- Proven expertise with Customer Data Platforms (e.g., Lytics, Segment, Optimizely, BlueConic)
- Familiarity with headless CMS or composable DXP platforms
- Strong understanding of web analytics, event tracking, and personalization technologies
- Experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, SQL, and data integration tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Tealium)
