Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and deliver tailored product demonstrations
  • Architect solutions that integrate Contentstack’s Data & Insights platform
  • Lead technical evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and pilot projects
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers providing best practices for data integration
  • Differentiate Contentstack’s platform from legacy martech systems
  • Support enterprise sales cycles with RFP responses and technical deep-dives
  • Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams for customer satisfaction
  • Relay customer feedback to Product Management and Engineering

Mandatory Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or similar pre-sales technical roles
  • Experience within SaaS, MarTech, CDP, or analytics platforms
  • Proven expertise with Customer Data Platforms (e.g., Lytics, Segment, Optimizely, BlueConic)
  • Familiarity with headless CMS or composable DXP platforms
  • Strong understanding of web analytics, event tracking, and personalization technologies
  • Experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, SQL, and data integration tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Tealium)
