Responsibilities
- Promote and expand sales by contacting existing and potential customers
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and research
- Handle incoming requests, inquiries, and orders from customers
- Work with multiple departments to resolve customer issues
- Develop price quotes and process orders/changes/returns
- Stay current on Cadwell products and software
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills
- Associate degree in related field or 2 years of related education/experience
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales
- Proficient in MS Office and Google applications
- Strong business math skills
