Responsibilities

  • Upsell new products and solutions to existing BnBerry customers
  • Conduct interviews and demos to gather feedback and validate interest in new offerings
  • Engage with incoming leads to present latest products and assess fit
  • Build strong client relationships and communicate BnBerry’s value proposition effectively
  • Collect and report customer feedback to guide product development and sales strategy
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to share market insights and improve outreach efforts

Required Skills

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience conducting product demos and interviews with customers
  • Bachelor’s degree in a sales related field
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales software
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple leads, demos, and priorities

  • Hospitality or SaaS experience
