Responsibilities
- Upsell new products and solutions to existing BnBerry customers
- Conduct interviews and demos to gather feedback and validate interest in new offerings
- Engage with incoming leads to present latest products and assess fit
- Build strong client relationships and communicate BnBerry’s value proposition effectively
- Collect and report customer feedback to guide product development and sales strategy
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to share market insights and improve outreach efforts
Required Skills
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience conducting product demos and interviews with customers
- Bachelor’s degree in a sales related field
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales software
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple leads, demos, and priorities
Preferred Skills
- Hospitality or SaaS experience
