Responsibilities
- Support the sales team as the main point of contact for Managed Services enquiries
- Deliver product awareness and training for the sales team
- Assist in customer conversations about Managed Services
- Prepare and update sales proposals, quotes, and presentations
- Manage opportunities through the CRM system
- Work with Service Delivery and Technical teams
- Provide sales reports and follow up on quotes
- Improve Managed Services collateral and documentation
Required Skills
- Sales experience
- Strong interest in IT and Technology
- Basic technical knowledge
- Clear and confident communication skills (written and verbal)
- Organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Competence in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with CRM systems
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Ability to manage own workload
