Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team as the main point of contact for Managed Services enquiries
  • Deliver product awareness and training for the sales team
  • Assist in customer conversations about Managed Services
  • Prepare and update sales proposals, quotes, and presentations
  • Manage opportunities through the CRM system
  • Work with Service Delivery and Technical teams
  • Provide sales reports and follow up on quotes
  • Improve Managed Services collateral and documentation

Required Skills

  • Sales experience
  • Strong interest in IT and Technology
  • Basic technical knowledge
  • Clear and confident communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Competence in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with CRM systems
