Responsibilities
- Make 80-120 outbound calls per day
- Set 3-5 qualified appointments daily for the sales team
- Log all call outcomes and follow-up tasks in the CRM
- Use email and LinkedIn to confirm appointments
- Report daily call and appointment metrics to the manager
Mandatory Requirements
- 3 years outbound calling experience
- B2B experience
- track record of booking 30 qualified appointments per month
- experience in CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
- proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- high-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps)
- noise-free remote workspace
- ability to work US Central Time
