Responsibilities

  • Make 80-120 outbound calls per day
  • Set 3-5 qualified appointments daily for the sales team
  • Log all call outcomes and follow-up tasks in the CRM
  • Use email and LinkedIn to confirm appointments
  • Report daily call and appointment metrics to the manager

Mandatory Requirements

  • 3 years outbound calling experience
  • B2B experience
  • track record of booking 30 qualified appointments per month
  • experience in CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • high-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps)
  • noise-free remote workspace
  • ability to work US Central Time
