Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain sales operations processes
  • Manage enablement and documentation around GTM processes
  • Ensure consistent and accurate forecasting and reporting
  • Develop dashboards and analyses for insights
  • Support territory, quota, and segmentation planning
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations

Required Skills

  • 2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets / Excel
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with systems like Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn
