Responsibilities
- Own and maintain sales operations processes
- Manage enablement and documentation around GTM processes
- Ensure consistent and accurate forecasting and reporting
- Develop dashboards and analyses for insights
- Support territory, quota, and segmentation planning
- Translate data into actionable recommendations
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy
- Proficiency with Google Sheets / Excel
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
Preferred Skills
- Experience with systems like Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn
