Responsibilities
- Drive new business with enterprise clients
- Own the entire sales cycle
- Build and manage C-level and senior stakeholder relationships
- Develop account strategies
- Represent Utila at industry events and client meetings
- Work with leadership to refine GTM strategy
Required Skills
- 5-7+ years of institutional sales experience
- Focus on enterprise crypto, web3, payments, and/or financial services
- Ability to manage the entire sales process
- Strong understanding of the APAC crypto ecosystem
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Relationship-building skills
Preferred Skills
- Strong existing network within banks
- Experience selling custody, wallet infrastructure, or payments SaaS products
