Responsibilities

  • Drive new business with enterprise clients
  • Own the entire sales cycle
  • Build and manage C-level and senior stakeholder relationships
  • Develop account strategies for expanding Utila's footprint
  • Represent Utila at industry events and meetings
  • Work closely with leadership to refine GTM strategy

Required Skills

  • 5–7+ years of experience in institutional sales
  • Focus on enterprise crypto, web3, payments, and/or financial services
  • Ability to manage the entire sales process
  • Understanding of the APAC crypto ecosystem
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Relationship-building skills

Preferred Skills

  • Strong existing network within banks, fintechs, or PSPs
  • Experience selling custody, wallet infrastructure, or payments SaaS products
