Responsibilities

  • Supervise Advisors to achieve sales targets
  • Coach and develop Sales Advisors through performance monitoring
  • Manage individual performance through development plans and reviews
  • Contribute to a high-performing culture
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through call surveys
  • Participate in hiring and onboarding new Sales Advisors
  • Administer pay for performance salary recommendations
  • Review underwriting requests from Sales Advisors
  • Participate in project teams to improve processes
  • Satisfy ongoing continuing education requirements

Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-3 years insurance experience
  • In-depth knowledge of personal lines products
  • Multi-state property and casualty licensing
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
