Responsibilities
- Supervise Advisors to achieve sales targets
- Coach and develop Sales Advisors through performance monitoring
- Manage individual performance through development plans and reviews
- Contribute to a high-performing culture
- Ensure customer satisfaction through call surveys
- Participate in hiring and onboarding new Sales Advisors
- Administer pay for performance salary recommendations
- Review underwriting requests from Sales Advisors
- Participate in project teams to improve processes
- Satisfy ongoing continuing education requirements
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years insurance experience
- In-depth knowledge of personal lines products
- Multi-state property and casualty licensing
- Effective written and oral communication skills
