Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with brokers, consultants, and employers
- Meet and build relationships with senior executives
- Deliver presentations to educate prospects
- Negotiate with prospects and associated brokers, consultants, and TPAs
- Facilitate client transition post-sale
- Provide marketplace intelligence
- Participate in community and industry organizations
Required Skills
- 5 years of experience in selling complex, multi-stakeholder solutions
- Experience in SaaS, health & welfare benefits, healthcare capital equipment, healthcare IT, health and welfare benefits outsourcing, human resources IT benefits software
- Ability to navigate strategic levels of customer organizations
- Demonstrated track record of developing an organic pipeline
- Excellent presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with complex contract negotiations
- Ability to forecast revenue
- Strong aptitude with business software tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM (Salesforce)
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
