Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with brokers, consultants, and employers
  • Meet and build relationships with senior executives
  • Deliver presentations to educate prospects
  • Negotiate with prospects and associated brokers, consultants, and TPAs
  • Facilitate client transition post-sale
  • Provide marketplace intelligence
  • Participate in community and industry organizations

Required Skills

  • 5 years of experience in selling complex, multi-stakeholder solutions
  • Experience in SaaS, health & welfare benefits, healthcare capital equipment, healthcare IT, health and welfare benefits outsourcing, human resources IT benefits software
  • Ability to navigate strategic levels of customer organizations
  • Demonstrated track record of developing an organic pipeline
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with complex contract negotiations
  • Ability to forecast revenue
  • Strong aptitude with business software tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM (Salesforce)
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
