Responsibilities

  • Build long-term strategic plans with internal business partners
  • Engage clients through new and established relationships
  • Develop and maintain relationships with product users and decision-makers
  • Ensure the voice of the customer is heard
  • Drive key account capture and planning process
  • Oversee territory account activities from prospecting to closing the deal
  • Timely business forecasting and intelligence gathering on competitors

Required Skills

  • 3 years of successful industry sales experience
  • SaaS and cloud experience
  • Experience managing large/strategic accounts
  • Ability to articulate complex solution offerings
  • Experience in creating and executing long-term sales plans

Preferred Skills

  • Existing relationships with senior decision-makers
  • Demonstrated understanding of PSAP and stakeholder agency technology
  • Understanding of contact center technologies
