Responsibilities
- Build long-term strategic plans with internal business partners
- Engage clients through new and established relationships
- Develop and maintain relationships with product users and decision-makers
- Ensure the voice of the customer is heard
- Drive key account capture and planning process
- Oversee territory account activities from prospecting to closing the deal
- Timely business forecasting and intelligence gathering on competitors
Required Skills
- 3 years of successful industry sales experience
- SaaS and cloud experience
- Experience managing large/strategic accounts
- Ability to articulate complex solution offerings
- Experience in creating and executing long-term sales plans
Preferred Skills
- Existing relationships with senior decision-makers
- Demonstrated understanding of PSAP and stakeholder agency technology
- Understanding of contact center technologies
