Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into tailored robotics solutions
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support
- Act as a liaison between customers and engineering teams
- Oversee and support the performance of European distribution partners
- Develop and implement partner enablement programs
- Monitor distributor sales pipelines
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance assessments with partners
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams
- Work closely with Strategic Business Development, R&D, Product Management, and Operations
- Support trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities
Required Skills
- Proven experience in technical sales in industrial automation or robotics
- Strong understanding of automation systems and robotics
- Experience managing or supporting distribution networks
- Fluent in English
Preferred Skills
- Any other European language
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and priorities
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
