Responsibilities

  • Understand customer requirements and translate them into tailored robotics solutions
  • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support
  • Act as a liaison between customers and engineering teams
  • Oversee and support the performance of European distribution partners
  • Develop and implement partner enablement programs
  • Monitor distributor sales pipelines
  • Conduct regular business reviews and performance assessments with partners
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams
  • Work closely with Strategic Business Development, R&D, Product Management, and Operations
  • Support trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in technical sales in industrial automation or robotics
  • Strong understanding of automation systems and robotics
  • Experience managing or supporting distribution networks
  • Fluent in English

Preferred Skills

  • Any other European language
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and priorities
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
