Responsibilities

  • Support the pre-sales cycle by leading product demonstrations
  • Provide technical support on sales calls and at presentations
  • Develop collateral to drive adoption and support product training
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product and market
  • Use technical savvy to drive brand awareness at events
  • Work with Product and Sales teams to ensure correct pricing
  • Document activities in CRM software

Mandatory Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales technical role
  • Deep technical knowledge of end user computing models
  • Deep technical knowledge of Windows architecture and applications
  • Deep technical knowledge of virtual desktop infrastructure
  • 2+ years of experience with VDI and adjacent technologies
  • 2+ years of experience with networking technologies
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 Suite
  • 2+ years of experience with Google Workspace
  • 2+ years of experience with Okta
  • Experience with Data Loss Prevention technologies
  • Expertise in endpoint security
  • Understanding of industry-specific compliance requirements
  • B.S. or B.A. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
