Responsibilities
- Support the pre-sales cycle by leading product demonstrations
- Provide technical support on sales calls and at presentations
- Develop collateral to drive adoption and support product training
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product and market
- Use technical savvy to drive brand awareness at events
- Work with Product and Sales teams to ensure correct pricing
- Document activities in CRM software
Mandatory Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales technical role
- Deep technical knowledge of end user computing models
- Deep technical knowledge of Windows architecture and applications
- Deep technical knowledge of virtual desktop infrastructure
- 2+ years of experience with VDI and adjacent technologies
- 2+ years of experience with networking technologies
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 Suite
- 2+ years of experience with Google Workspace
- 2+ years of experience with Okta
- Experience with Data Loss Prevention technologies
- Expertise in endpoint security
- Understanding of industry-specific compliance requirements
- B.S. or B.A. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Preferred Requirements
- Experience working within a growth-stage company
