Responsibilities

  • Generate and execute sales plans in existing customer base and assigned competitively-held accounts
  • Work closely with customers to understand business needs and recommend improvement plans
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders in current and prospective customers
  • Provide technical support to customers and resolve challenges
  • Engage in problem solving through system analysis and data interpretation
  • Sell and support Nalco Water innovations and technology

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Three years of technical sales or field sales support experience
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial) or life sciences (biology, chemistry)
  • Water treatment or specialty chemical industry experience
  • Working knowledge of OR operations
  • Wet end chemistry
  • Pulp mill operations
