Responsibilities
- Generate and execute sales plans in existing customer base and assigned competitively-held accounts
- Work closely with customers to understand business needs and recommend improvement plans
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders in current and prospective customers
- Provide technical support to customers and resolve challenges
- Engage in problem solving through system analysis and data interpretation
- Sell and support Nalco Water innovations and technology
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Three years of technical sales or field sales support experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial) or life sciences (biology, chemistry)
- Water treatment or specialty chemical industry experience
- Working knowledge of OR operations
- Wet end chemistry
- Pulp mill operations
