Responsibilities
- Generate and execute sales plans in existing customer base and in assigned competitively-held accounts
- Build relationships with existing customers
- Provide technical support to customers
- Engage in problem solving by performing system analysis
- Sell and support Nalco Water innovations and technology
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Technical sales or field sales support experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial) or life sciences (biology, chemistry, etc.)
- Water treatment or specialty chemical industry experience
- Working knowledge of OR operations, wet end chemistry, pulp mill operations
