Responsibilities

  • Generate and execute sales plans in existing customer base and in assigned competitively-held accounts
  • Build relationships with existing customers
  • Provide technical support to customers
  • Engage in problem solving by performing system analysis
  • Sell and support Nalco Water innovations and technology

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Technical sales or field sales support experience
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial) or life sciences (biology, chemistry, etc.)
  • Water treatment or specialty chemical industry experience
  • Working knowledge of OR operations, wet end chemistry, pulp mill operations
