Responsibilities
- Servicing and managing the customer base
- Identifying fresh business prospects
- Responding to enquiries and complaints
- Following the directive selling program
- Attending trade exhibitions
- Conducting customer-specific promotions
- Developing and implementing technology seminars
- Reporting market trends and competitive promotions
- Maintaining accurate customer records on CRM
- Submitting weekly sales reports
- Identifying Key Accounts for sales growth
- Partnering with Technical Sales Manager and Marketing
Required Skills
- BSc or equivalent experience
- At least two years of relevant experience in sales and account relationship management
- Extensive experience in cell culture, protein expression, and/or cell and gene therapy
- Strategic selling and market development ability
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Professional presentation
- Self-management and proven time management
Preferred Skills
- Master’s Degree or equivalent experience in life sciences
- Strategic and tactical market development skills
- Presentation skills for internal and marketplace use
- Efficiency in a globally matrixed organization
- Ability to work independently with limited day-to-day supervision
