Responsibilities

  • Servicing and managing the customer base
  • Identifying fresh business prospects
  • Responding to enquiries and complaints
  • Following the directive selling program
  • Attending trade exhibitions
  • Conducting customer-specific promotions
  • Developing and implementing technology seminars
  • Reporting market trends and competitive promotions
  • Maintaining accurate customer records on CRM
  • Submitting weekly sales reports
  • Identifying Key Accounts for sales growth
  • Partnering with Technical Sales Manager and Marketing

Required Skills

  • BSc or equivalent experience
  • At least two years of relevant experience in sales and account relationship management
  • Extensive experience in cell culture, protein expression, and/or cell and gene therapy
  • Strategic selling and market development ability
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional presentation
  • Self-management and proven time management

Preferred Skills

  • Master’s Degree or equivalent experience in life sciences
  • Strategic and tactical market development skills
  • Presentation skills for internal and marketplace use
  • Efficiency in a globally matrixed organization
  • Ability to work independently with limited day-to-day supervision
