Responsibilities

  • Sell and consult on technical functions of all FACTS products
  • Demonstrate products to potential customers
  • Gain and maintain extensive product knowledge
  • Complete ongoing analysis of competitors
  • Act as liaison for Inside Sales and/or Implementation staff
  • Assist sales team members with technical phone calls and video conference applications
  • Conduct periodic training for sales field staff
  • Report product enhancement items
  • Provide monthly reporting to management
  • Demonstrate products to large client institutions

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in product service or implementation
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in technology
  • Ability to articulate technology and product functionality to business and technical users
  • Strong knowledge of computer technology and Internet applications
  • Microsoft Office
  • Salesforce
  • Video Conference Applications

Preferred Skills

  • FACTS product knowledge
  • Experience developing and delivering persuasive presentations
  • Experience using current FACTS products
