Responsibilities

  • Generate and execute sales plans in existing customer base and assigned accounts
  • Work closely with customers to understand business needs and recommend improvement plans
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Provide technical support to customers and resolve challenges
  • Engage in problem solving through system analysis and data interpretation
  • Sell and support Nalco Water innovations and technology

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Technical sales or field sales support experience
  • Valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  • Ability to travel to the US for training/meetings
  • Fluency in French with professional proficiency in English

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial) or life sciences (biology, chemistry, etc.)
  • Water treatment or specialty chemical industry experience
  • Working knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems
  • Working knowledge of paper machine operations, wet end chemistry and pulp mill operations
