Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives focused on the US region
- Drive new business generation and expand strategic relationships with existing customers
- Own the full customer lifecycle, including renewals and expansion
- Build and execute sales strategies to exceed regional revenue goals
- Coach the team to develop and manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and close complex deals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure customer success
- Represent Narvar at industry events and customer meetings
- Bring market insights and product feedback to internal teams
- Play a critical role in regional sales planning and talent development
Mandatory Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and retail landscape
- Background in high-growth, fast-paced start-up or scale-up environments
- Proven success in challenger-style or consultative selling
- Bachelor’s degree
