Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives focused on the US region
  • Drive new business generation and expand strategic relationships with existing customers
  • Own the full customer lifecycle, including renewals and expansion
  • Build and execute sales strategies to exceed regional revenue goals
  • Coach the team to develop and manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and close complex deals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure customer success
  • Represent Narvar at industry events and customer meetings
  • Bring market insights and product feedback to internal teams
  • Play a critical role in regional sales planning and talent development

Mandatory Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and retail landscape
  • Background in high-growth, fast-paced start-up or scale-up environments
  • Proven success in challenger-style or consultative selling
  • Bachelor’s degree
