Responsibilities

  • manage relationships with debt buyers
  • ensure adherence to PSAs
  • coordinate delivery of obligations under PSAs
  • liaise between buyers and Mission Lane
  • monitor and nurture buyer relationships
  • manage Post Sale Support obligations
  • handle putbacks, recalls, and account inquiries
  • track and forecast affidavit requests
  • coordinate marketing process for obtaining bids
  • present pricing proposals for decisions
  • negotiate PSAs and finalize business terms
  • plan and forecast bulk and forward flow sales expectations

Mandatory Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in program management
  • relationship management with external partners
  • understanding of debt market dynamics
  • experience with Purchasing & Sale Agreements (PSAs)
  • strong professional communication skills
  • proven project management skills

Preferred Requirements

  • experience working with legal, finance, and operations teams
