Responsibilities
- manage relationships with debt buyers
- ensure adherence to PSAs
- coordinate delivery of obligations under PSAs
- liaise between buyers and Mission Lane
- monitor and nurture buyer relationships
- manage Post Sale Support obligations
- handle putbacks, recalls, and account inquiries
- track and forecast affidavit requests
- coordinate marketing process for obtaining bids
- present pricing proposals for decisions
- negotiate PSAs and finalize business terms
- plan and forecast bulk and forward flow sales expectations
Mandatory Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in program management
- relationship management with external partners
- understanding of debt market dynamics
- experience with Purchasing & Sale Agreements (PSAs)
- strong professional communication skills
- proven project management skills

- experience working with legal, finance, and operations teams
