- Provide ongoing assistance to the sales team with administrative tasks
- Conduct follow-ups with clients
Mandatory Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative assistance
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Proficiency in Excel and DocuSign
- Availability during U.S. business hours
Preferred Requirements
- Comfortable making structured outbound calls
- Strong organizational skills
- Tech-savvy
