Responsibilities
- Reach out to clients to confirm details and answer questions
- Schedule meetings between clients and sales representatives
- Ensure smooth handoffs between Sales Associates and Acquisition team members
- Assist with client onboarding by setting clear expectations
- Update and maintain accurate client information in the CRM
- Track interactions, appointments, and follow-ups
- Provide ongoing assistance to the sales team
- Ensure accurate processing of contracts and documents
- Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure engagement
Mandatory Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative assistance
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with DocuSign
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Availability during U.S. business hours
Preferred Requirements
- Experience making structured outbound calls
- Experience conducting professional follow-ups
