Responsibilities

  • Reach out to clients to confirm details and answer questions
  • Schedule meetings between clients and sales representatives
  • Ensure smooth handoffs between Sales Associates and Acquisition team members
  • Assist with client onboarding by setting clear expectations
  • Update and maintain accurate client information in the CRM
  • Track interactions, appointments, and follow-ups
  • Provide ongoing assistance to the sales team
  • Ensure accurate processing of contracts and documents
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure engagement

Mandatory Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative assistance
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with DocuSign
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Availability during U.S. business hours

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience making structured outbound calls
  • Experience conducting professional follow-ups
