Responsibilities

  • reach out to clients for confirmation and questions
  • schedule meetings between clients and sales representatives
  • ensure smooth handoffs between sales associates and acquisition team
  • assist with client onboarding
  • update and maintain accurate client information in the CRM system
  • track interactions, appointments, and follow-ups in real time
  • provide ongoing assistance to the sales team
  • ensure all contracts and documents are processed accurately
  • conduct friendly follow-ups with clients

Mandatory Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales support
  • customer service
  • administrative assistance
  • CRM systems familiarity
  • strong organizational skills
  • proficiency in Excel
  • proficiency in DocuSign
  • availability during U.S. business hours

Preferred Requirements

  • structural outbound calling
