Responsibilities
- reach out to clients for confirmation and questions
- schedule meetings between clients and sales representatives
- ensure smooth handoffs between sales associates and acquisition team
- assist with client onboarding
- update and maintain accurate client information in the CRM system
- track interactions, appointments, and follow-ups in real time
- provide ongoing assistance to the sales team
- ensure all contracts and documents are processed accurately
- conduct friendly follow-ups with clients
Mandatory Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in sales support
- customer service
- administrative assistance
- CRM systems familiarity
- strong organizational skills
- proficiency in Excel
- proficiency in DocuSign
- availability during U.S. business hours
Preferred Requirements
- structural outbound calling
- professional follow-ups
